The three following videos were developed by Bayer with an aim to share experience and key learnings around implementing and delivering service improvement initiatives including challenges faced, how these were overcome, outcomes, metrics used to measure success and the long term impact on capacity and efficiencies. This webinar provides a broad perspective with examples from primary care, secondary care and integrated care board levels.
